The Medtronic Reveal LINQ (Model LNQ11) is a miniaturized, subcutaneous insertable cardiac monitor (ICM) designed for long-term ECG monitoring in patients with unexplained syncope, palpitations, atrial fibrillation, or other suspected arrhythmias. It continuously senses, records, and stores subcutaneous ECG signals, including automatically detected arrhythmias and patient-triggered episodes. Its compact size and simplified insertion make it well suited to ambulatory monitoring with minimal patient burden.
Because the units are “expired” (i.e. past manufacturer usage / sterility date), it cannot be used in a patient but is still valuable for training, demonstration, or non-clinical research purposes.
