The Alaris/IVAC P5000 Spare Lower Case Kit (P/N 5000SP00018) is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) service part designed for the lower half of the pump’s outer housing (“lower case”). When a P5000 infusion pump has sustained damage, wear, fluid ingress, or cosmetic deterioration to its lower shell, this kit allows a full structural replacement to restore mechanical integrity and aesthetics. The lower housing accommodates internal components including the power supply board, battery compartment, motor assembly mounts and signal cabling. Installation must be performed by a qualified biomedical engineer and followed by full functional testing, calibration, self-test verification and safety inspection in accordance with the service manual.
