The Boston Scientific 3140 Zoom Wireless Transmitter (ZWT) is a wireless RF transmitter accessory used with the Zoom Latitude Programming System to enable ZIP telemetry communication with Boston Scientific implantable pulse generators. The transmitter operates in the 402-405 MHz MICS (Medical Implant Communication Service) band, allowing hands-free, cordless interrogation and programming for compatible devices.

As part of the ZOOM system, it connects via USB to the 3120 Programmer/Recorder/Monitor (PRM) and complements the telemetry wand as needed.
